Zero to Hero

Our introduction to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP) teaching the fundamentals of SUP in a fun and safe environment.  The foundation of your future paddling endeavours. 


For anyone new to stand up paddling Zero to Hero is a 4 week programme to learn the fundamentals of SUP and build your confidence. In small groups you'll use fun drills to learn basic technique and build paddle fitness while you explore Auckland’s beautiful waterways.

It includes learning about equipment, weather, laws and safety, getting on and off a board, knee paddling, transition to feet, basic paddling technique, balance and momentum. You'll also get the benefit of your coach's local and water experience.

Four week programme run by either Victoria Stuart or Helen Blair.

Cost $80 for four weeks if you have your own board, paddle, leash and PFD or $140 if you are renting equipment.
