Spring into Summer

Our customised online training plan to prepare you for the weekly short-course SUP racing that starts in Auckland in November with City Surf Series and Beach Series, as well as longer distance regional races.

Training Plan

A tailored 13 week training plan that is designed to produce improved results for busy people who need to maximise their time on the water.  This training plan is suited to people who are new to or still finding their way in SUP racing. The plan will take you through building your fitness base and as the race season approaches, starts to build some intensity so you have more power and pace in the early season races.

All managed online at Training Tilt your coach will be able to work with you to guide your progress.

Cost: Current PaddleFit Tech I and II clients $75. Stand alone plan $100.
