PaddleFit Basic (Okahu/Orakei)

Our one-off, one hour introduction to the sport of stand up paddling (SUP)

  • learn the fundamentals of SUP in a fun, safe, small group environment tucked inside Okahu Bay
  • learn SUP safety, setting up your equipment, paddle technique, stance and turns
  • equipment all supplied
  • access to Paddlefit Pro Coach Victoria Stuart or Helen Blair to guide your progress
  • get you on your board, knee paddling and then progress to standing up and finding your balance
  • no prior paddling experience is required though you do need to be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
  • meet at The Landing, Okahu Bay

For dedicated time with a PaddleFit Pro coach

  • One hour with PaddleFit Pro coach Victoria Stuart or Helen Blair
  • Tailored to suit you needs be that getting started, focusing on technique or particular skills, rehabilitation or injury prevention
  • All equipment included
  • Location options include Takapuna/North Shore beaches or Okahu Bay/Eastern Bays beaches
  • PaddleFit Pro coach for an hour. From first time paddlers, to improving technique or learning
