Women's training group and programmes for SUP racing to build the skills, fitness and motivation you need to have fun racing.
Over Spring build your skills, strength, fitness and speed on the water with a great group of women as we embark on our Spring into Summer 12-week Training Plan. This programme is for for women of all ages who have been SUP racing for a while, or who paddle recreationally but want more. There are 12 carefully planned training sessions on land and water and a customised online training plan to lead you into the short race season in November with City Surf Series and/or Beach Series.
Led by Victoria Stuart and Helen Blair, fun is guaranteed as well as access to our Training Tilt Race Pod group with articles and resources.
Cost: $200 for 12-weeks or a 6 -session concession card $120 (both with a 12 week training plan).
